Terms & Condition

MedsExporter has created terms and conditions to bring clarity and transparency to the business that we do with our clients. Hence, we request and encourage all our clients to go through these terms and conditions so there won’t be any misunderstandings while doing business, and we can create long-term professional relationships.   

Order

• In the case of manufacturing, Place an order after confirming the details you enter; once the order is placed, cancellation is not around after 10 days if the order is for manufacturing.
• Check all the manufacturing and related services that you want to add to your order.
• Check all the order-related details before placing an order.
• Product details must be checked thoroughly before ordering.
• The order receipt has to be saved for further interactions.
• Place an order if you are comfortable with the delivery date, which will be shown at the time of checkout.

Prices

• The prices of the products need to be checked before placing the order; there won’t be any negotiations in that.
• Prices do fluctuate; clients should take that into consideration.
• The final amount of the order needs to be paid in advance.
• If there are any discounts offered, they will be displayed at the time of checkout if required to add any coupons or promo codes.

Payment terms

• Payments are required in advance
• All the payment options are mentioned at the time of checkout, and other options won’t be accepted
• Once the payment is confirmed by our end, the process of shipping will start
• If the payment is pending for more than 24 to 48 hours, your order will be canceled automatically

Delivery under conditions

• Delivery of the product will be mentioned in the final receipt
• Delivery may be preponed or postponed based on the conditions and shipping schedules
• The delivery can be checked at our portal or through the link provided to the client of the shipment

Return and refund policy

• In the case of wrong product delivery or damaged products, the client needs to inform the company within 24 hours, or else we won’t accept the return or refund.
• In the case of a return, proof of the damaged products needs to be given.
• MedsExporter will initiate the refund process once the product reaches our warehouse and our delivery department accesses the product quantity and quality.  
• In the case of an exchange, the company will check the returned products, and then the process of shipping will be initiated.

Act of god conditions

As the product leaves our warehouse and some uncertain situation occurs, which falls in the act of god condition, the company would not be responsible or answerable.

Other terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are structured based on company laws, and it is in the company’s power to create them. If any government or related bodies found them illegal in another country, that company would not be responsible for the same. These terms and conditions will be in effect until the company itself violates them.  

By ordering the product, the company doesn’t get bound to send it. If the company finds the purchaser illegal or doesn’t fit its criteria, we can cancel the order without any prior information.
