Medsexporter, as a 3rd Party Manufacturing, has a specific procedure that creates quality products that are made under WHO, GMP, FDA, and ISO production norms.
-Understanding of clients’ needs:
Clients come with specifications of their products, and the first step that we at Medsexport take is to understand clients’ needs and demands. What their product is, what are their specific requirement, and what exactly are the formula, structure, packaging, storage, and other important aspect of the medicine. After understanding this, we set our workflow and map out a working strategy.
-Coordination with all departments:
Based on the workflow and strategy that is created for the manufacturing of the product, all the departments are informed, and coordination begins to execute the process. Departments such as raw material, manufacturing, labs, packaging, storage, and delivery are advised to get prepared for the batches and make the arrangements for the timely delivery.
-Raw material:
Once the manufacturing time slot is decided, the raw material department starts the process of acquiring raw materials in the correct quantity and with quality. When raw materials are received, they are checked at our lab. As the lab clears, all the raw materials are sent for the manufacturing process.
-Manufacturing process:
Under the guidance of an expert team, the manufacturing process takes place with accuracy, specifications, and continuous monitoring of the latest machines. Samples from each batch are sent to labs to be checked, and after approval, the further process continues. If the lab finds an inconsistency, then the re-production process starts.
